PTM Life will also meet on Monday afternoons (4:00-5:15) at the Faith United Church site. Students will run in two-four 5Ks throughout the year.
Dance for Fitness
Dance for Fitness (DFF) is a program that provides opportunities for students to participate in consistent physical activity through the fun of dance. Dance for Fitness sessions consist of aerobic dance and a healthy snack. Students involved are encouraged to maintain a healthy body image. Once a year, students plan a Family & Friend workout day to encourage physical fitness on a regular basis. K-4rd grade girls meet at the Wilson Center on Fridays from 4:15-5:15pm.
PTM Outdoors meets monthly in different outdoor destinations. Students stretch their outdoor experiences with activities such as fishing, hiking, and camping. Volunteers accompany or lead trips for students. The goal of this program is to open the world of outdoor experiences while helping our students to build resilience and to dream. Building joy-filled friendships comes through experiencing new things together.
